Using FairMatch Homes
FairMatch Homes is invite-only private beta software. By using it, you agree to the terms below.
Beta software
You're using an early, evolving product. Features may change, break, or be removed, and matching results, scores, and property estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or based on demo data during the beta. We give no guarantee that using FairMatch Homes will result in a match, a sale, or a purchase.
What we are — and are not
FairMatch Homes is a discovery and connection platform. We are not a licensed real estate broker or agent, a lender, an appraiser, or a law firm. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or valuation advice, and nothing on FairMatch Homes should be treated as such. Property value estimates are estimates only, may rely on third-party or demo data, and are not appraisals. Using FairMatch Homes does not create a fiduciary, agency, or advisory relationship between you and us.
Accurate information
You agree that the information you publish about your home and your moving goals is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that photos you upload are yours to share.
Acceptable use
Don't use FairMatch Homes to harass, discriminate against, impersonate, defraud, or solicit other homeowners; to scrape or resell data; to attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; or to circumvent the mutual-interest messaging gate. Messaging is for genuine, respectful moving conversations.
Account suspension
We may warn, suspend, or remove an account that violates these terms or puts other homeowners at risk, with or without notice, at our discretion.
Invite codes
Invite codes are personal to the invited homeowner, non-transferable, and may be limited in number of uses or revoked at any time during the beta.
Your professionals
Any agreement between homeowners is made entirely outside FairMatch Homes. We recommend involving your own licensed real estate agent, attorney, lender, and/or tax advisor before making any commitments.
Limitation of liability
FairMatch Homes is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including decisions made based on matches, scores, or property estimates shown.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the beta evolves. We'll update the date below when we do, and material changes will be communicated to active users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FairMatch Homes operates, to be specified in the full terms published before general availability.
