What if your next home is owned by someone who wants to live where you already are? FairMatch is designed to help you find out.
1. Build your homeowner profile
Add your name, contact preferences, and how much you want other homeowners to see. Privacy toggles are yours to control from day one.
2. Describe your current home
Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, property type, year built, value range, and the amenities that make it worth moving to. Upload photos so matches can picture it.
3. Describe the home you want
Set your ranges instead of a single number: price, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, lot, property types, must-haves and nice-to-haves.
4. Choose where you'd move
Enter cities, towns, neighborhoods or addresses — then draw custom search areas on an interactive map and save as many as you like.
5. Pick your flexibility
Exact area, +5, +10, or +20 miles — and optionally allow exceptional matches just outside your boundary so you never miss a great fit.
6. Review compatibility matches
Each match carries a FairMatch score and a plain-English 'Why This Match' explanation covering area interest, ranges, features, and timing.
7. Express interest and connect
Interest is private until it's mutual. When both sides opt in, secure messaging opens so you can talk — with your own professionals involved whenever you want.
